The Top Ten De-Stress List

There was a suggestion over at BloggerLuv to write how each of us deals with stress.  I thought is was a great idea, no one is immune to stress and as online entrepreneurs we may all have some great suggestions for one another.

While there are many ways I deal with stress there is one thing I thought would be the best for this post.  It is the piece of paper I stare at daily while sitting at the computer.  Awhile ago I typed some of my favorite improve your attitude quotes and this list helps me on a daily basis.

Here is that list:

  1. Great idea perhaps I should try that for a week and see how it goes…..removing the word “stress”….I’ll give it a shot!
