Squidoo Marketing

I read many blogs with some tremendous advice on blogging.  As a blogger and internet marketer, I do not see much mention of the use of Squidoo as a traffic generator and income provider.

Granted, Squidoo marketing is not the quickest way to get good traffic but I believe it should not be ignored.  Much like article marketing, Squidoo gets your site out there.  When people are looking for specific information and they find your lens, your RSS feed and website will be there.

I’m Alive!!

I can’t believe it has been since March that I have made a post.  The fact of the matter is I have been extremely ill.  Awhile back I wrote a post entitled “You Get Sick Your Blog Get’s Sick”   at that time I was only sick with a flu bug of sorts and the suggestions in there still apply if you can function.  Unfortunately, I have been completely out of commission, including a hospital stay.

The March 18th Movement

The March 18 Movement was named in order to honor Omid Reza Mirsayafi, an Iranian Blogger,  who on that date in 2009 became the first blogger to die in prison.  I believe that this date should be important to everyone and of course every blogger.

Eyetracking And Your Blog

Awhile back I received an email from one of the many newsletters I subscribe to that actually had a very interesting study in it.  If I could remember the person who sent it to me I would give them credit for introducing the study to me but unfortunately I do not recall it.

A Change to Your Blog Theme, Can Change Your Perspective

I have read that it is a wise idea to not change your blog’s theme or design too often.  While I agree you want to be known for your blog and design as a branding technique, a change in theme, additions, or subtractions to it can make a difference to your audience as well as your own perspective.

Using a free theme is fine and I have been using one for quite some time.  However, I must admit with this new design it seems to look more professional and feel more professional.
